Here are the basics of using Quilting Studio to design quilts: 1. Start by picking which quilt block you would like to use. Begin by clicking on the pull down menu that says "Churn Dash" when you first load the page. Then select the name of the quilt block you would like to use. 2. Put your mouse over one of the square fabric samples on the right side of the page. Click and hold the mouse button down while you drag the square over the quilt block. Let go of the mouse button when the fabric square is over one of the numbers in the quilt block. This changes the color for one of the sections of the quilt block. 3. Now, click on the pull down menu on the right side of the page to pick a new group of fabrics. Pick a fabric from the new group and drag it over another number in the quilt block. You can use fabrics from many different groups to create your quilt. 4. Scroll down the page to see how the whole quilt looks. You can change the size of the quilt with the pull down menu that is just above the view of the whole quilt. 5. Just to the right of the whole quilt, see the listing of the fabrics that you chose. 6. Click the "Print" button to print a copy of your final design and the listing of the fabrics.
